Cancellation Policy

Life happens & I get that! I understand emergencies come up that are completely out of our control! Just please let me know something as soon as you can! All I ask is that you reach out at least 24hrs prior to your appointment to cancel and/or reschedule! A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled within the 24 hours before the appointment. No shows will also be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Thank you!
